Marc Slager

Marc Slager is a management and technology consultant with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex operational and technology initiatives. His expertise includes strategic planning, project management, organizational change management, business process improvement, and large-scale system implementations. Prior to co-founding Growing Tree Solutions, Marc held executive leadership roles within Florida state government, including Chief Information Officer for the Florida Department of Children and Families. He is passionate about helping organizations align people, processes, and technology to achieve meaningful results.

Kellie Lloyd

Kellie Lloyd brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in human services, organizational transformation, and technology-enabled change. She specializes in helping organizations improve operations, strengthen programs, and successfully implement strategic initiatives. Through Growing Tree Solutions, Kellie works with government agencies, nonprofits, and community organizations to develop practical solutions that create lasting impact. Her unique blend of operational, programmatic, and technology expertise allows her to guide organizations through complex challenges with clarity and confidence.
